1. The service
The platform provides tools to connect messaging channels (Facebook Pages, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and web chat), automate replies, and manage conversations from a shared inbox. It is offered as a hosted subscription only.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything done through your workspace by the people you invite. Each workspace must have at least one owner.
3. Connected accounts
When you connect a Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp number, or bot you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf. You must comply with the platform policies of Meta and Telegram, including their rules on messaging windows, opt-in, and content. We may disconnect an account that violates those rules.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, harass anyone, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or break applicable law. We may suspend workspaces that put the platform's provider relationships at risk.
5. Plans, trials, and payment
Trials are free and time-limited. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Plan limits are enforced by the software. Messaging fees charged by Meta for WhatsApp are billed by Meta to your own business account and are not included in our prices.
6. Data and content
You keep ownership of your content and your customers' data. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and transmit it to operate the service. We act as a processor of your customers' personal data and handle it as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or retire features with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
You can delete your workspace at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we delete workspace data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
